One、Background of the case :
With the advent of Industry 4.0, the manufacturing industry has started the automation reform, and the logistics industry which is closely related to the manufacturing industry is also like this. In recent years, the term “unmanned transportation” appears more and more often in the logistics industry, and the appearance of AGV forklift makes the logistics automation technology make a leaping progress. At the same time, the appearance of AGV forklift is also a collision of knowledge and technology for the traditional forklift; in this stage of replacement of traditional forklift and AGV intelligent forklift, a company in April 2019 asked our company to assist in developing an AGV vehicle power battery pack, which is a structure shaped and cleverly designed power smart battery pack; the project has now been delivered in bulk.

Three、Introduction to the overall programme
1. Cell parameters: using a brand imported 18650/3200mAh/3.6V battery cell rate
2. Finished product specifications:TOPAK 18650-13S14-44.8Ah-46.8V
3. Protection board: The parameters and schematic diagram of the intelligent protection board (RS485\CAN protocol) are as follows.??????????????????????????????????????????????????? 4.Other materials: fireproof epoxy resin version, insulation PET and other materials to isolate the welding point and between the cores.
5. Assembly process: 2 modules of 18650-6S14P and 18650-7S14P are combined, with internal support bracket and ventilation holes on the surface of the shell, which has heat dissipation effect.
6. Special copper sheet: Nickel sheet for battery connection is made of nickel-to-copper material, and each cell is connected in series and parallel through the nickel sheet.
